Seriva ships refined intimate apparel with privacy in mind. Every order is prepared with discreet outer packaging, and product names are not printed on the outside of the parcel.
Shipping
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard international delivery is usually estimated at 7-14 business days after dispatch; express shipping may be available in selected regions.
Returns
If something is not right, contact us at clientservices.seriva@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and intimate bottoms can only be accepted when all original hygiene protection, tags, and packaging are intact.
