Seriva prepares orders with discreet outer packaging. Product names are not printed on the outside of the parcel.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During new product releases or holidays, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

• Standard international shipping: 7-14 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping where available: 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of customs, carrier delays, local holidays, or address issues.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We currently offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $50 when available in the customer's region.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may be collected by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
